After i reading back my post, I noticed that i didn't mention visa - Whether you need a visa to enter [specific] country?
What's visa actually? what's the purposed of visa document on your passport? why we need it? where do I apply, and how? how do i know we(Malaysia's passport) need a visa to [specific]country?
1Visa is a legal document that permit you to enter [specify] country. It depends on what country you go.
2Visa document is issued by ambassador(who delegated of their country). The purposed of visa is verified the identity of visa applicant. To see whether he/she is eligible to visit or enter to their country. For example, the applicant is needed to undergo variety of background checks from body check to your financial security. If your application doesn't meet to their criteria, the ambassador will have the right to not issue visa to you. Meaning that you cannot enter their country, even though you have already bought a plane ticket.
3In other words, visa is like a secondary ID, but this ID is issued by ambassador from that country, not your native country. You must authorize before to enter to their country after confirms you have a good record on your history. For example, you have no criminal record. If you have criminal record on other country like being illegal worker in other country, the more likely the ambassador would disqualify your application of visa. They scare the visitor to be an illegal worker in their country. So the country (the ambassador) can stop you before you going to their country.
4Where? To the embassy that you want to visit. For example, if I want to go to the United States. You need to file an application form at the US embassy. After you finished filing, you will be invited to "face to face" interview at US embassy. You will be asked a lot of questions like "why do you go to the United States" "how long you will stay at there"or "who sponsor you to go to there?" or "what is your career?" "Who will go with you?" and "Go there for what?" and "where you want to travel in the US" and many questions.
Note: Remember, to be honest to ambassador, because they know all your information.
